chrome does not keep status of plugins between user sessions

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9000.29.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.28 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9000.29.0 (Official Build) beta-channel edgar Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit chrome://plugins/ and disable Native client and Flash 2. Log out, and log in again 3. Visit chrome://plugins/ and observe that the status from step 1 is lost What is the expected behavior? This status used to be persistent in older releases, as it should be. What went wrong? Security relevant browser settings are reset to defaults without asking or informing the user. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.28 Channel: beta OS Version: 9000.29.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
