Browser crashes on navigating to chrome://ntp-tiles-internals in Incognito mode.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2969.0 (Official Build) 9d1a05815549df9a90f4383645564d7160850901-refs/heads/master@{#441040} (64-bit)
OS: Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and open a New Incognito window.
2. Navigate to chrome://ntp-tiles-internals and observe.

Browser crashes on navigating to chrome://ntp-tiles-internals.

Browser should not crash.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-57 series, will soon update other info

Note: 1) Issue is seen on Windows (7,8,10) and Linux (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS).
      2) The above page is introduced from Chrome version: 57.0.2951.0

Status: Duplicate (was: Unconfirmed)
As per the test case, this looks similar to  Issue 674441 , hence merging into that for further action there.
