Blank print screen freezes Chrome tab, can't back out

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Any screen or page, select print
2. Blank print dialog box comes up
3. Have to close tab, even return doesn't work

What is the expected behavior?
I should see a full dialog of print options

What went wrong?
Did not see anything, can't back out

Did this work before? Yes unknown

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.2 with chrome version #55.0.2883.95 as per steps mentione in comment #0. Attaching a screencast for your reference

Could you please try the same scenario with clean profile with no apps/extensions and let us know your observations.

I removed the most recently added extension and this fixed the problem. Thank you.
