Button visible on hover

Reported by ukrinu...@gmail.com, Jan 1 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.112 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open browser.
2. Press "Ctrl+Shift+i" or "F12".
3. Choose tab "Elements".
4. Choose tab "Event listeners".
5. Try to delete event listeners.

What is the expected behavior?
Current behavior:
* button "Remove" (to remove event listener) visible only when mouse hover.
Expected behavior:
* button "Remove" must be always visible or must be context menu item;
* must exists button "Remove all".

What went wrong?
Problem: if css selector very long and does not visible in visible area (ends with "..."), button does not visible too.
Tempolary solution (not human friendly): open developer tools in separate window; resize window (increase width), while css selector and botton "Remove" become visible.
Visibility of button must not depend on visibility of css selector length.

Did this work before? N/A
