google hindi input tool is not working only in chrome

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. select hindi language in google hindi input tool
2. login to facebook and start typing in facebook.
3. your cursor will move away automatically, randomly.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
some times it work but sometime it won't.
working fine with firefox.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

i have tried everything,
even i have installed a fresh copy of windows and google chrome only for this.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable M55-55.0.2883.87 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the cursor moves normally as expected with no issues while typing it on facebook login page.

anuragk@ - Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently including incognito mode? Are you typing using external keyboard or on screen input keyboard? Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.
