Incognito icon not appears in latest canary

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2968.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open New Chrome Incognito Window
2. Look at upper left corner
3. There is no incognito icon 

What is the expected behavior?
There should be an incognito icon on upper left corner of chrome windows 

What went wrong?
Incognito icon disappeared in latest canary.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57.0.2968.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Able to reproduce this issue only on windows 10 with Chrome Canary-57.0.2969.0

Issue not observed on windows 7 , Mac 10.12.2 & Linux Ubuntu 14.04

Manual Bisect:

Bad Build---57.0.2954.0--Revision--439279

Good Build--57.0.2953.0--Revision--438989
