What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and go to http://www.imdb.com/
(2)Zoom-out the page to 25%,Scroll down the page to bottom.
(3)Click Ctrl+0 to restore the zoom to normal mode and observe.(Refer video)

Expected result: Text should not overlap when page restored to normal                     mode from zoom-out.

Actual Result:Instead,Text overlapping is seen.
NOTE:Also Text is seen misaligned(out-of-frame)at the bottom of the page, when zoomed-out.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-34
