Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable M55-55.0.2883.87 by following steps mentioned below.

1. Installed below tweet deck app from chrome webstore
   https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tweetdeck-by-twitter/hbdpomandigafcibbmofojjchbcdagbl
2. Opened app and logged in to twitter account
3. Left computer to sleep
4. Wake up the computer
5. Observed no hanging and the app works as expected in chrome

Reporter@ - Are you able to reproduce this crash consistently even in incognito mode?
Could you please provide any crash ID's if any crashes are observed under chrome://crashes?

Thanks!
