Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Drag a file over a HTML5 file upload thing in Chrome such as https://css-tricks.com/examples/DragAndDropFileUploading/ 2. Wiggle the file around 3. Cancel by pressing escape 4. Dock freezes What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The Dock freezes. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 - I am unsure if this is a Chrome problem - In the video attached you can see my clicks which don't do anything anymore - The alt-tab window does not show up anymore when alttabbing after this problem occurs - `killall Dock` seems to restore things - If you don't kill the Dock the entire system will stop working eventually

Hey, I've since experienced this without Chrome, so I don't think it is a Chrome issue. I guess you can close this :)
