Steps to reproduce the problem:
I click the icon to launch chrome and nothing happens. I have tried a desktop icon, a taskbar icon, and the file location chrome.exe with the same result every time

What is the expected behavior?
I expect chrome to open and it won't 

What went wrong?
I couldn't tell you. It was working yesterday morning and I tried to use it again yesterday evening and it didn't work

Did this work before? Yes The. Sweat version I guess. I don't think chrome updated

Windowsnothing updated so I don't know why it suddenly won't work. I tried every troubleshooting step and had no luck. I've reinstalled chrome about 5 times, restarted my laptop multiple times, tried safe mode with networking, and made sure it wasn't blocked by antivirus, so I have no clue what is wrong. I've had issues with chrome launching before and it was fixed by a restart, but that doesn't seem to work this time
