Issue descriptionThe code currently exists in a private repo in the GCP project (reply here if you want access). This is an umbrella issue to track progress getting the code (legal & otherwise) to become open source. - [x] Clean up codebase - bug 685752 - no longer necessary since we're starting from scratch - [x] Do audit to search for any accidentally hard-coded secret keys Also questions: - Once the repo is open sourced, how will we handle GitHub issues vs. Chromium bugs? The main work tracking should happen on bugs.chromium.org but we should accept bugs from GitHub too.

Question about the first point in the description: in what sense are we planning to start from scratch? Do you want to add bits from the private github repo piece by piece with review/cleanup?

Yes that's the plan, sorry it wasn't well communicated. Additionally there is no more private GitHub repo, the source of truth is now the private repo in the wptdashboard GCP project.

The working source currently exists at https://github.com/GoogleChrome/wptdashboard, however my opinion is that we should not open source it until at least the MVP is done and we've deployed that code to wptdashboard.appspot.com (it's currently running the old prototype).
