Scrolling issue after opening new tab. Chrome Beta

Issue description

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)do a google search and the open a link result in new window
(2)close result window
(3)original search list does not scroll properly.
4)regular Chrome works normally

What is the expected result?


What happens instead?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested on windows 10 , mac os 10.11.6 using chrome beta M56 #56.0.2924.28 and issue is not reproduced.

@fred.distenfeld ---- Could you please provide us the screencast of the issue and chrome OS and version details , that would help us in triaging the issue better.

The issue is on Android 6.0.1 Chrome Beta BROWSER 56.0.2924.23 on Samsung
Galaxy 5.

Tested the issue on Chrome Latest Stable# 62.0.3202.84 using Android 6.0 with Galaxy S5 and could not reproduce the issue.
@fred.distenfeld -- Could you please upgrade to latest Chrome Stable and provide the updated behavior and if reproducible please provide us with a screen cast which would help us in triaging the issue further.
