Tfoot should be printed on every page

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create table with thead, tbody and tfoot sections. 2. Add 100 tr to tbody 3. Click print to see results. What is the expected behavior? The TFOOT section of a table should be printed on every page, like suggested by W3C: http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/tables.html#h-11.2.3 What went wrong? The TFOOT sections printed only on the last page Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: Linux 4.8.13-1 ARCHLINUX x86_64 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

I attached html files that will be printed on 3 page on A4 in portrait orientation. On images you can see that tfoot appear only on last page though specification require show tfoot on each printed page.

Headers are repeated across pages, footers are not. The spec *allows* for footers to be repeated across pages but does not require it. Changing type to feature-request.

I think it is a bug, because it was working some versions ago. In google we can find a lot of tutorials how to make repeatable footers by using tfoot tag, so I think it was ok some time ago.
