Reports of reset connections submitting messages to Monorail

I'm getting a report from a user in IRC on submitting comments to the issue tracker. Upon submitting their comment, they are getting a "Connection Reset" error. Commenting works fine here, so this seems like an isolated issue to a certain region or cluster of servers being hit.

Can someone take a look at the server logs and see if there is a problem lingering?

Today I tried to post comments with attached files on this Monorail tracker and failed twice.

If this comment is posted then I can leave comments without files at least for this issue.

So this looks like a problem with providing a proper error message with file upload failures. I'm going to close this issue out and open one over on the Monorail tracker to investigate a better UX for that.
