Get notifications when someone comments on my apps, themes and extensions

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2950.3 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. When someone comments on my apps, themes and extensions I don't know that unless visit the actual app in webstore

What is the expected behavior?
To receive notifications (on G+ &/or in an email) about any comments users left asking for assistance and/or sharing opinions on my products

What went wrong?
I don't find this very responsive as it takes time to me to notice that someone left a comment
