Non-Regression: Focus on Language/Accessibility/Lets go buttons in 'Welcome' screen are still seen even on clicking Uber Tray.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build via USB>>Hit tab key in welcome screen till focus is on 'Language' or 'Accessibility' or 'Lets go' buttons.  
(2)Now click on Uber Tray and observe focus on 'Language' or 'Accessibility' or 'Lets go' buttons still remains(Please refer screen-shot)

Expected: On clicking on Uber tray focus should not be seen on Language/Accessibility/Lets go buttons
Actual: Instead focus still remains on the Language/Accessibility/Lets go buttons.

This is Non-regression issue as it also seen in M-53.
