Rename iOS JSON file.

The currently checked in file from

whitespace in the filename.

Change iOS Simulator bot to 32-bit and iPhone 5.

Before promoting it to the main waterfall I thought it made
sense to ensure it works for a phone that actually is 32-bit
(iPhone 6s isn't). It also makes more sense to run the older
iOS version (9) on the older phone.

WebRTC: Change staging iOS simulator bot to 32-bit

The bot that runs the older iOS version should be the 32-bit
one, so the plan is to run one 32-bit, iOS 9.0 and then one
32-bit and one 64-bit for iOS 10.0.
Deploy this to ensure 32-bit iOS 9.0 is green before promoting
it to the main waterfall.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This work is now completed and we have iOS 9.0 covered on the simulators as well as renamed the old ones to make it obvious which one builds what.

Notice we also get coverage on iPhone 5, since I picked that devices for the 32-bit iOS 9.0 bot config.
lgtm :)
