Formatting issue

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Formatting
2. unexpected characters 
3. redirection 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Page loading issue, unexpected characters display on web page, some browsers formatting issue and some browser web page take more time load but text format and fine.

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested this issue on Windows 10 with chrome version #55.0.2883.87 with the given test url in comment #0

Didn't observe any redirection, long time taken to load web page.
But observed the special character in webpage which resemble to "i", but the same behavior is observed in latest firefox browser too.
It seems issue is not specific to chrome browser, attaching a screencast for reference, please look into it  and let us know your observations.
