Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2883.95 OS: OS X Sierra 10.12.2 Original Report: https://twitter.com/mcclure111/status/814195666025070592 Independent Repro on elawrence's MacBook Pro What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Load Twitter (2) Click around between "moments", "timeline", "notifications" etc (3) (Optional) On DevTools > Applications tab, unregister the ServiceWorker in the middle What is the expected result? Twitter always shows as secure What happens instead? Sometimes Twitter shows Security Chip as (i) (neutral state) while DevTools Security tab shows Valid Certificate and All Resources Secure, but no Connection info

I have not yet been able to repro with M57. EStark suggests maybe this was something fixed in M56. I've repro'd with Chrome 55.0.2883.95 on Windows 10.

Possibly dupe of 662267, which may have been fixed by https://codereview.chromium.org/2475693002/

There's nothing actionable here, and I think there's good reason to suspect that this was 662267 or one of the other bugs. I have not reproduced this problem in quite some time. |
