Inconsistent table column width on different zoom size

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up https://jsfiddle.net/vfx26ecm/23/
2. Zoom in or out

What is the expected behavior?
The both tables should always have the same width in different zoom level. 

What went wrong?
The tables width is different in different zoom level.

Tested on IE 11, Edge, Firefox, and Safari and the tables width is the same on different zoom level.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.2
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows-10, Mac OS 10.12 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable M55-55.0.2883.95 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the table column width changes on different zoom size.

This is a non-regression issue seen on earlier version of chrome M35-35.0.1849.0 as well and marking it as untriaged.
