Fix checkbox CSS for all interstitials

Issue description

Checkbox border is incorrectly sized at 1px for both 1x an 2x devices, for all interstitials.

Expected:
See attachments for approximations

border: 2pt/dp (1px on 1x device, 2px on 2x device)
width/height: 16px 
margin-right (between checkbox and text): 16px
