THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Steps to reproduce:
(1)username:786201616  
(2)pin:201616a
(3)operator code:74317

Expected result:now recharge topup balance:$1000


Actual result:topup:$1000
