What steps will reproduce the problem?
(Not 100% sure of the cause, but these are the steps I've followed to notice this)
(1) Open a website with more than a page of content (I just repro'd with an amazon.co.uk search results page).
(2) Try to scroll it with the trackpad.
(3) Try to scroll it by touch (I'm on a Flip device).

What is the expected result?

Expect that the page is scrollable.

What happens instead?

Page does not respond to the trackpad, nor to touch.  Eventually a hung-renderer dialog pops up and offers to kill it.

At the point at which this happens the tab is still loading content; I'm not sure if the scroll operation is hanging the tab, or if something in the content-loading process is hanging it, and I'm only noticing when I try to scroll.
