problem to read videos

Chrome Version       : 51.0.2683. with windows 10
Problem : I can't read videos
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
With Firefox: ok
I have changed my application to read videos from "film Tv" to "VLC" but the bug persists.

Please update to a more recent version of Chrome.
