Can't be related to that CL, as that code doesn't execute except if you're using the event_log_visualizer tool.

I'll assign this to peah instead to assess what this could be caused by.

The regression could be caused by the CL https://codereview.webrtc.org/2549143004.

The size (in absolute terms) of the CL is, however, low. Therefore I'll close this issue.
