Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Select Timeline pannel in Dev Tools, and check Network in Capture 2. Visit www.google.com.tw 3. Select "https://www.google.com.tw/images/branding/googlelogo/2x/googlelogo_color_120x44dp.png" in the waterfall below, and in Summary it shows the duration is 173.99ms 4. In Console, run performance.getEntriesByName('https://www.google.com.tw/images/branding/googlelogo/2x/googlelogo_color_120x44dp.png')[0].duration; 5. It returns 139.9, which is far more less than 173.99 What is the expected behavior? Maybe the should be the same, or approximately same. What went wrong? PerformanceEntry's duration is different from Timeline's Network duration. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
