WPA2: REGRESSION: Wi-Fi connection loop on resume from sleep

Reported by kenny.st...@gmail.com, Dec 27 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9111.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2958.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9111.0.0 (Official Builld) canary-channel kip

Example URL:
N/A

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Let an HP kip model running latest Canary build go to sleep
2. Wake it from sleep
3. Attempt to connect to Wi-Fi network that Chromebook was connected to before it went to sleep

What is the expected behavior?
Should connect to Wi-Fi network like normal

What went wrong?
Endless connect/disconnect loop, and false out-of-range (test was done inches from an access point) on attempt to force-connect by clicking on network in question.

Did this work before? Yes 9110.0.0

Chrome version: 57.0.2958.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 9111.0.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Please disregard this bug report. This turned out to be a problem with my Wi-Fi extender and had absolutely nothing to do with my Chromebook.
