Country and State mapping incorrect

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. chrome://settings/autofill  > select and edit payment profile
2. Changed Country to USA from India
3. States listed are of India

What is the expected behavior?
States should be valid states based on Country selected

What went wrong?
States listed were of India

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Please let me know if you need screenshots to help reproduce the problem.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 & windows 10 with Chrome stable version#55.0.2883.87 and Latest Canary#57.0.2964.0.

States are not listed based on Country selection in 'edit' page of chrome://settings/autofill.

It would be helpful ,if you provide us the screencast to reproduce the issue.
