CSS3 Multicolumn Layout FAILS TO DISPLAY past 2nd column

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open cssColumnBug.html
2. Scroll the container to the right
3. Observe that columns 3 and 4 are not displayed (hidden)

What is the expected behavior?
Columns past 2 should be displayed

What went wrong?
CSS3 Multicolumn Layout doesn't display columns past 2nd column. Columns 3, 4, so on, should be displayed.

Did this work before? Yes 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Works properly on Android Chrome
