Can't play Pandora says to update flash

Issue description

Linux mint 18 mate version! Flash works fine in firefox!

I think you're seeing this because of this: https://blog.google/products/chrome/flash-and-chrome/

We're supposed to get a prompt to allow flash on a sites first visit and it isn't being shown at all. (I'm not sure the devs even implemented it yet)

Right now you have do this manually and naturally this going to confuse users.

@tcamp17 : Pandora have also launched an HTML5 player now so you shouldn't need Flash now to play Pandora. Can you advise if this is still an issue for you?
