What is the expected behavior?
I need to enlarge theses tabs and ribbons as well as the menu text as these eyes are old and I can't read this small of a font.  It can't be more than 7 to 9.  I've tried everything I can.

I see quite a few comments and complaints concerning this problem.  I just got a new computer with Windows 10 and I love Chrome, but man, you cannot read these menus or texts or ribbons or tabs.  I do hope you can do something about this.  I have a month to send this computer back and I really love it, but not the way Windows 10 handles Chrome.  Thank you for your time.
