can't cut or copy anything from chrome browser

Chrome Version       : 55.0.2883.87 m

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:ok
         IE:ok

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) ctl+c / ctl+x
(2) right click cut/copy option not working in chrome 
(3)

What is the expected result? Ctl+v or right click paste option to paste selected item


What happens instead? paste item which was selected outside chrome.

possible.

Tested on Mac os 10.12.2 using chrome stable M55 #55.0.2883.95 and issue is not reproduced.

Attached screencast for reference.

@vjaisani02-- Could you please check in the latest stable with fresh profile without any extensions and write us your observations.
