Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2683.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open YouTube 2. go to a channel 3. watch a video 4:try to change what time the video is at (through arrow keys, clicking or link to time) What is the expected behavior? It should let you change the time in the video, but instead it just goes back to 0:00 What went wrong? You cant choose the time in a video (on YouTube). if you even try it goes back to 0:00! this also happens after adds, Did this work before? Yes not quite sure... Chrome version: 51.0.2683.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 You may ask "how does this affect us (chromium devs)? we're not a part of YouTube!". the reason you guys are effect is this is only happening with chromium (of course i didn't check every browser only chrome and chromium) and therefore affects you.

Works for me. You haven't told anyone what type of player you use. I tried both default HTML5 and forced Flash player, in my own profile and a clean one, and the results are the same, pressing arrow keys or clicking the bar does what it supposed to do. Suggestion: make a 2nd profile and try it there.

I cannot reproduce either on 55. Please try as schenney@ and ema.x27@ suggested and see if the bug still exists: 1. Update Chrome to the latest version. 2. Create a 2nd profile or in incognito mode.
