Wrong monitor name in notifications for multiple monitor setup

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8743.85.0 (Official Build) stable-channel lulu Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect an external display 2. Wait for display notfication "Extending screen to ..." 3. Connect an additional external display 4. Wait for display notfication "Extending screen to ..." What is the expected behavior? The monitor name in the second notification should match the name of the second monitor What went wrong? The second display notification still report first monitor name Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 54.0.2840.101 Flash Version: Same issue visible if you connect a a third monitor (the first monitor name is shown). Tested with following setups: 1 built-in HDMI display + 1 DisplayLink/EVDI 1 built-in HDMI + 1 DisplayLink/UDL 2 DisplayLink/EVDI 2 DisplayLink/UDL
