Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

You've pointed at https://codereview.chromium.org/1824433002 which is a change for WebGL, not pdf related. There's a pdfium roll in the range, seems much more likely, wdyt?
