(1)Sign into User -> Hover the Mouse pointer on Notification Icon at bottom right or beside the Uber tray and observe for Tool tip(Please refer Screenshot) Expected: 'Notifications' tool tip should be seen Actual: Instead 'Notifications' tool tip is seen missing This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-54 @Yoshiki: Please confirm the behavior

Did a quick triage; yes, notifications should also have a tooltip, as should everything in our shelf. The string should be "Notifications;" it could be interesting to try some more informative tooltips (e.g. # of notifications) in the future. A few other things I noticed that perhaps should be separated out into a different bug :) ... * Status tray tooltip only shows for time and not other elements. It would be valuable to show for everything. * Status tray shows tooltip that's not styled correctly (it overlaps the shelf rather than being absolutely positioned). +sgabriel@ as FYI
