Non - Regression: Unwanted text is read by ChromeVox (spoken feedback) in Uber tray

Issue description

Chrome Version:  57.0.2959.0/9112.0.0 canary-channel Daisy, Candy, Wolf
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> Enable ChromeVox (spoken feedback)>> go to Uber tray>> keep tabbing till the date and day settings>> and observe

Expected: Year should not be read by Chromevox (spoken feedback) as it was removed from the Uber traV
Actual: Instead Year is also seen being read by ChromeVox (spoken feedback)

This is a Non-Regression issue as Year settings was newly removed from Uber tray

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
