Steps to reproduce:
(1) open and login to UBS Mobile Banking
(2) scroll down menu
(3) scroll up menue

Expected result:
scroll works like in other apps when moving finger over the screen.


Actual result:
full move over screen scrolls only very little like the text size of the smallest text in the menue

Issue is not present if reverting Android System Web View to old version
