First, this is a privacy ticket, which we do not classify as a security bug.  Adjusting labels.

I have confirmed this behaviour on Android Chrome (canary).  After clearing all browsing data/history, all existing Chrome tabs retain their history and "back" can be used to navigate through old history.

This may be outside the scope of clearing browser history, since the tabs can be closed.  If someone only closes the browser though, "current tabs" could be preserved on next startup.

It's worth considering at least, given that some users could be at physical risk due to browsing history.

People do not think the tab currently opened is a way for go back to their browsing histories.Because at the time of cleaning the search history we already click the menu "clear all your browsing datas".So we beleive the entire history was cleared.They dont bother about the other tabs which are opened.I think its a high privacy risk and also there is no use of your  feature "cleaning history" whether it is not solved.
