These are fairly known issues; several people on the speed infra team have been looking at these issue.

The particular bug with long_running:tools:gmail-foreground is a known issue about the trace generated by the telemetry code being too large to process. There's work in progress to fix it.

Is this bot being red blocking you at all?

I think this is mostly failing from the common_desktop, marking as a duplicate.
