This is really consistently failing on webview, should we disable it for webview?

Also, eyaich: why wasn't this addressed in the fixit?

That CL enabled loading.mobile on WebView bots. Nexus5X WebView looks OK, but it seems N6 still have some problem.

Let me disable it for now.

Disable loading.mobile on Nexus6 WebView

https://crrev.com/2558743002 fixed loading.mobile on Nexus5 WebView and
page_cycler_v2 on Nexus5/Nexus6 WebView, but loading.mobile on Nexus6
WebView is still failing.

Not sure why this wasn't addressed in fixit, cc'ing mikecase@ who was looking at all android shard 2.

I mentioned this failure yesterday during one of the meetings. Dont think loading.mobile ever passed on the WebView bot. Someone mentioned that we probably just need to increase the timeout for that test.

Reenable loading.mobile on Nexus6 WebView

Capacity issue on Nexus6 Webview has been resolved, so this may be ok to reenable
the benchmarks on this platform now
