Toolbar options of pdf page are not visible in restore down mode.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2958.3 (Official Build) a3121b731f3def912d78dbe9d15d0b93113ff1a9-refs/branch-heads/2958@{#4} 32/64 Bit. OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.cbu.edu.zm/downloads/pdf-sample.pdf 2. Restore down the browser and drag towards LHS. 3. Observe the toolbar of the pdf page. Actual: Toolbar option are not visible in restore down mode. Expected: Toolbar options should be visible. This is a non regression issue seen from M-47, new pdf page is introduced in M-47. Note: Issue is not seen on other browsers like Firefox.

I believe this is intentional, if you drag the window a little larger, the toolbar will show as there is enough space. |
