Purple Bot on chromium.perf: Android Nexus6 Perf (3)

This is red currently, but not through failing tests (I think?) but "Blink_perf.bindings". When it is not red it is very purple. This feels like an infra-structure issue to me.

The purple builds were mostly failing on gsutil download_build_product, e.g. "CommandException: No URLs matched: gs://chrome-perf/Android Builder/full-build-linux_c487be3e5e620a8032d69977fdbc00034328dc5a.zip" Not sure why that was happening before but red builds are now succeeding on that step e.g. https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf/builders/Android%20Nexus6%20Perf%20%283%29/builds/4584/steps/gsutil%20download_build_product/logs/stdio

I believe I caused this. Bot is fixed now.
