body of chrome not working.

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Keep open chrome for long time may be more than a day or two
(2) Enter any url or try to open download page or try to open developer tool, it doesn't work.


What is the expected result?
Website should load in the body of the browser.

What happens instead?
Body of the browser shows black screen with sad smiley as a website logo

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04, Win-10 and Mac 10.12.2 using chrome stable #55.0.2883.87 and latest canary #57.0.2962.0.

Attached a screenshot for reference.

Reporter@ - Could you please provide the chrome version and OS in which the issue was reported.
