[WebView][M55] Wrong translation in Japanese

I don't think WebView handles translation. Adding a translation-related component.

This looks not a translation problem, but a well-known Unicode/font problem.
In the screen shot, the Japanese text is shown in an Unicode supporting font that supports a Chinese glyph. (Note: Japanese and Chinese share some Unicode range, but glyph is slightly different each other in some characters)

This should not be a Chrome layer issue. Unless you switch native language to Japanese and the device support Japanese fonts, this problem will happen on all applications on Android, IIUC.
