Reduce size of chromium.perf.json

Issue description

Current size (as of a7548499c661c94b240f415d90b92138c9ca1499) is 164615. This is much longer than all other json files in the directory. 

We should reduce its size somehow. Currently, we can't really, because we have to list out every test we want to run.
