Record user action for feedback widget being openeed |

Issue descriptionIn order to get an idea of drop-out rate for feedback, we should add a user action to record when the user opens the feedback widget. We have MobileMenuFeedback but that seems to refer to the Help & Feedback menu item.

I'm thinking of a global user action that records when the feedback widget is opened (so that would include opening the custom feedback UI). No particular name in mind. +tedchoc for any naming suggestions. e.g. MobileFeedbackOpened
