[Predator] Add ``TouchedCrashComponent`` feature

``TouchedCrashComponent`` indicates whether a changelog tounched crash components (e.g. Blink>DOM).

By implementing this, we can match changelogs in regression range with stacktrace by components. Delta test is needed to measure the impact of this new feature.
