selected id or class name loses its selected behvior

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Inspect element
2. Select id or class name
3. Hold Ctrl button for ~1 second

What is the expected behavior?
Keep selected until Ctrl+C command

What went wrong?
Selected ID or Class name loses selected behavior which is I cannot proceed Ctrl+C command after ~1 second

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7, Windows-10, Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using 
chrome stable version 55.0.2883.87 and latest canary 57.0.2958.3 with below steps.
1.Opened Chrome.
2.Navigated to url https://www.wikipedia.org and click on Inspect element.
3.Selected class name and hold ctrl button for ~1 second.
Observed class name keep selected until ctrl+c command.
Please find the attached screen-cast and could you please let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Cannot repro. Could be related to the accessibility settings making long Ctrl press do something. Closing for now. Please reopen if there is repro scenario.
