Weird recipe simulation test failing

https://luci-milo.appspot.com/swarming/task/333784777e5a5110 is a log of the failure. It's complaining about two lines in a simulation json which look identical, but which are apparently different. Not sure exactly what's going on here, but it's very confusing.

The lines don't seem to be identical. One has "parent_buildername": "Android arm64 Builder" and other has "parent_buildername": "Android arm64 Compile" .

We might consider using a more fancy diff algorithm like maybe wdiff to make such differences more easily visible for long/complex lines.
